The vote on the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Menifee Valley Humane Society took place
on Wednesday May 25, 2011.
The results of the vote are:
- Number of YES votes to approve the Amended and Restated Bylaws – 26
- Number of NO votes to reject the Amended and Restated Bylaws - 9
The number of YES votes exceeds the 2/3 majority vote needed to approve the Amended and Restated Bylaws.
The Amended and Restated Bylaws have been approved by the membership of the Menifee Valley Humane Society.
The ballots were counted and the results certified by:
