Pets Saved from Shelters

Without foster homes we cannot save pets like these. When you foster a shelter pet, you are truly saving that pet's life.

Menifee Valley Humane Society works with local animal control agencies to save pets whose time is running out. Below are some of our rescues. These pets were saved because a foster home was available to take them in at a moment's notice. Someone was willing to step up and make a commitment to save a life. Without foster homes we cannot save pets like these. When you foster a shelter pet, you are truly saving that pet's life.

Zuko, kitten rescued from a shelter

Zuko

Zuko and his sister, Nah Nah, were rescued from a shelter 4 weeks ago, as they were black and had very little hope of being adopted. At the time we pulled them, the shelter said they were 8 weeks old. Well they are only just 8 weeks now, so they were much younger than originally thought.
